The Mount Litera Zee School project in Ariyalur involved the development of a G+9 (10-floor) institutional building with a total built-up area of 25,000 sq ft. The project was completed within 6 months, covering comprehensive civil construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, interior fit-outs, and elevation works.
The project focused on creating a safe, functional, and modern educational facility, ensuring efficient infrastructure, durable construction, and well-planned interior spaces suitable for academic activities. Through coordinated execution of civil, MEP, and interior works, the project was successfully completed while maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency.
