The Majestic Maharaja project involved the development and enhancement of a large commercial facility located in Chatram, Trichy, with a total built-up area of 1,00,000 sq ft. The project was executed over a duration of 7 months and included comprehensive civil construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, interior fit-outs, and elevation works.
