The M/S. Shiva Textiles project involved the renovation and enhancement of a large commercial textile facility located in Mattuthavani, Madurai, with a total built-up area of approximately 2,00,000 sq. ft. The project was completed within a duration of 6 months, focusing on upgrading the building to support modern retail and operational requirements.
The scope of work included Renovation, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, Interior Fit-Outs, and Elevation improvements. The renovation works were carried out to modernize the facility, improve functionality, and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the building.
