The S&S Food Court project, owned by Mr. Sathyanarayanan, is a large-scale commercial food court development located in Melmaruvathur, Chennai. The project consists of a 48,000 sq. ft. built-up facility along with 50,000 sq. ft. of supporting infrastructure development, designed to accommodate multiple food outlets and high visitor footfall.
Completed within a duration of 8 months, the scope of work included Civil Construction, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services, and Infrastructure Development. The infrastructure scope covered essential external works such as site preparation, utility networks, circulation areas, and supporting facilities required for smooth operations.
The project was executed with a focus on efficient space utilization, durable construction, and reliable building services, ensuring the food court functions as a modern and well-organized dining destination. Proper coordination between civil and MEP teams enabled timely delivery while maintaining construction quality and operational efficiency.
